Rudolph B. Skubal P.E.

Rudolph Skubal has worked as an electrical engineer and field service supervisor involved with the utility, industrial and mining industry both domestically and internationally. He has extensive experience in the engineering and supervision of projects involving the construction, and commissioning of electrical installations. He has broad expertise in medium voltage switchgear, protective relays, controls, drives, transformers and rotating equipment.

Work Experience

2002 to 2003 Waukesha Electric
Field Service Manager: Startup and operation of field service office supporting large power transformer and substation services.

1993 to 2002 ABB / Grand Eagle
Manager: Western operations manager responsible for the profitable operation of field service offices. Services included equipment startup, trouble shooting, preventative maintenance program, substation installations - modifications, medium/low voltage switchgear and static excitation installations.

 

1991 to 1993 General Electric
Switchgear Specialist: Electrical engineering specialist providing technical supervision for after market and switchgear services provided by General Electric in six locations in the Rocky Mountain region.

1989 to 1991 AC Engineering Company
Electrical Engineer: Consulting engineer practicing in the design and specification of electrical systems for industrial, telecommunication and commercial facilities.

1980 to 1989 Westinghouse Electric Corporation Electrical Field Service Engineer
